After you completed your order and made your payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible. 98% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (on business days) so you can enjoy your products as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders are not shipped until all ordered items are available. We do not ship partial shipments.

Please note that the delivery times quoted by Swiss Post are estimates, which means that delivery may take longer, but this is rarely the case. We do not accept any responsibility or refund for delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
For urgent orders we recommend a UPS Express alternative (UPS Express or UPS Express Saver).
Please always check your delivery address for completeness and correctness before completing your order. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, there may be delays in delivery or delivery may not be possible at all.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and therefore do not provide any purchase price reduction or refund.
In your customer account you have the possibility to save up to five delivery addresses in the address book. During checkout you can then easily and conveniently select the appropriate address from your address book.
Shipment tracking is only possible with shipment via UPS. If you have chosen postal shipping, we have no possibility to give you information about the current location and whereabouts of your shipment.
If you select UPS as your shipping option, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation, which you can use to track your shipment online at UPS's Web site www.ups.com.
You can also track the history of your shipment within your customer account’s Order History.
The shipping costs depend on the weight of your shipment and the chosen shipping alternative. During checkout you will be shown the shipping costs for each shipping alternative. The cheapest alternative is automatically preselected.
Non-perishable products purchased on the Internet can be returned within 14 days. The following rules therefore do not apply to sweets ordered on BuySnus. These cannot be returned.
If you wish to cancel your purchase and return your goods to us, please contact us as soon as possible, in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of the order. IMPORTANT: Contact us before you send the products back to us. We are not obliged to accept returns without prior notice. You will find our contact details below. Important: All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all packaging materials. The rods must also be in their original packaging. You bear the costs for the return, these are not borne by BuySnus.at.
As soon as we have received your return, the goods will be checked and we will refund you the purchase price including shipping costs for standard shipping (Post and UPS Standard). If you have chosen express delivery, e.g. UPS Express or UPS Express Saver, we will not refund the entire shipping costs, but only the corresponding rate for standard shipping.
